Welcome to our ACDF Neck friends Forum!!! This idea started with 3 of us who met through a Facebook page for people who have had this surgery. We felt that we wanted somewhere for us to go and for others who have been through the issues that come along with having neck surgery. I started referring to my new friends as my 'Neck friend's 'to my family, so thats what we started calling eachother, or Doreen's fav was 'Giraffe Girls' I think because giraffe's have such beautiful and strong necks!!! Please feel free to post and contribute here. there is no judgement, lots of empathy and understanding and hopefully quite a few laughs!!!
